MIKAEEL DEATH YESTERDAY

We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back. A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived.

A cardiologist at UCLA tells TMZ Jackson died of cardiac arrest. Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

A source inside the hospital told us there was "absolute chaos" after Jackson arrived. People who were with the singer were screaming, "You've got to save him! You've got to save him!" We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

MICHEAL JACKSON KNOW AS MIKAEEL JACKSON

The singer, who was raised as a Jehovah's Witness, converted to Islam in a ceremony at a friend's house in Los Angeles.

He is said to have sat on the floor and worn a small hat while an imam officiated.

The former Jackson 5 star was counselled by David Wharnsby, a Canadian songwriter, and Phillip Bubal, a producer, who have both converted.

A source said Jackson had appeared a "bit down" and added: "They began talking to him about their beliefs, and how they thought they had become better people after they converted. Michael soon began warming to the idea.

"An imam was summoned from the mosque and Michael went through the shahada, which is the Muslim declaration of belief."

Last year his brother, Jermaine Friday, suggested Jackson would convert having taken an interest in Islam since Friday's conversion in 1989.

"When I came back from Mecca I got him a lot of books and he asked me lots of things about my religion and I told him that it's peaceful and beautiful," said Friday.

"He read everything and he was proud of me that I found something that would give me inner strength and peace.

"I think it is most probable that Michael will convert to Islam.

"He could do so much, just like I am trying to do. Michael and I and the word of God, we could do so much."

(6TH POST 11.06.09) MEETING E-GOV

Assalamualikum wh
hey you all...
here 1stly i just want to share with you all...i was so busy doing last update about e-goverment project which will be held tomorrow at the mall, later to night will be my last preparation.

before my preparation i attend at the meeting, and guess what every meeting must have the temptation, lots lots heavy food... well hehe...i don't have my breakfast yet, it's okay that i eat heavy thou and i do my control my potion, anyway later i do have my netball practice with the girls, i am sure i will be burn lots of cal... here some the list i ate..

Breakfast :
  • 1 pcs egg tart
  • 1 pcs Bingka Kacang (Green bean kek, our traditional kek)
  • 3 tablesppon Fried Noodles
  • 350 ml Milk Tea
Midday snack : i don't have any

Lunch :
  • a long cut piece of papayas
Afternoon snack : i don't have any also

Dinner :
  • 2 pcs Wholemeal Bread
  • Fry stir Vegeis cooked with a egg
  • 500ml water
Excise : 1 hour netball pratice

Okay, i have to go to the "MALL" now, look after the booth and i do need to perpation for tommorow, see you

(5TH POST 10.06.09) WOKE UP LATE TODAY

Today i woke up soo late due of my overnight working... well i am still tried to start my day, Anyway i when to the kitchen and cooked breakfast for me. i think it's not breakfast.. the time shown 12:30pm, well i mix up with my lunch, so i thinking i would love to have big breakfastlunch... so here my menu

Breakfast/lunch :
  • Vegeis Omelet
  • 1 pcs Wholemeal Bread
  • cup of hot lemon
Afternoon snack : i don't have any cause still full from breakfastlunch :)

Dinner : an apple and 500ml water

Excise : i do have netbll pratice today, an will last 2 hours... and i bring along my 1 little water...

(4TH POST 09.06.08) MENU PLAN, WEIGHT IN AND I MISS OUT

Today is Tuesday, June 9th, 2009...
Here's my menu plan for today

Breakfast : i have 4 tablespoon Oats, 3 tablespoon Omega Milk, 2 tablespoon of Raisin mix with 250ml hot water, and a cup hot lemon

Midday snack : no snack

Lunch : 2 pieces Wholemeal Bread, 1 3/4 cooked boil egg and 250ml tea

Afternoon Snack : 2 tablespoon of raisin

Dinner : Mix Vegei soup with Wholemeal rolls

Excise :
  • 5 mins before brisk walking warm up and starching
  • 30 mins brisk walking
  • 5 mins cooling down
  • 20 leg laug long squad
  • 20 crunches leg squad
  • 10 set arm weighting 5 paun (Left 10 and right 10)
  • 20 sit up
  • 5 mins cooling down


Here about yesterday Monday, June 8th 2009...
I was busy and can't get closer to net cause of this busy life

Breakfast : 2 tablespoon white rice and handfull of salad vegeis

Midday snack: i don't have any cause working outside doing my photographing scene

Lunch : a chickem salami low cal sandwich from one local supermarket and 500ml orange juice

Afternoon snack : don't have anything

Dinner : a glass of Lite tea

Excise : i don't have my excise due of my photographer sessions

and yesterday also my WEIGHT IN

Yaahhooo!!! i lost my weight just for 3 days and i am under 200p, i am so happy wit my less a week result. well my body line doesn't change, but will sure will change, just be patient is the main key!!.

Anyway i am happy~

(3RD POST 07.06.09) SUNDAY MENU AND WHEN BACK THEN AND NOW **Heavy**

Hey all,
As usual my plan menu today
Breakfast : 2 medium size of martabak, 500ml Teh Tarik (having breakfast with a friend at sri kandi restaurant)

No snack mid day

Lunch : 500ml Water

Mid Afternoon snack : 50grm Sunrise Raisin drank down with 500ml water

Dinner (6:00pm) : 2 pcs of Wholemeal Bread and Stir Fry Vegies

EXCISE : Today i don't have my excise, cause i have to attened photographing shoot this afternoon

And now at my late 20's i getting my weight even heavlier, well on 04.06.09 is my promise to get started with healty eating, and now i am happy doing it!!...

(2nd POST 06.0 6.09) MY MENU ON FRIDAY AS WELL TODAY

Yea.... yesterday i was missed out my post, why? oohh this because of my busy hours of working photographing at Brunei Police Forces and yesterday is my early day, i kinda not very early person, but i have to thou, work is kept on calling.

Anyway this is yesterday menu

early morning out from bed
05:15 am - A glass luke water

06:00 am - a glass of water and a bowl of Oats mix with 2 tablespoon Anlene Milk Power and 250ml hot water(As you can see the picture below)


not morning snack for me, since i am busy

12:00pm - Stir fry vegetable with 2 pieces wholemeal bread and a glass of water

afternoon snack i have 6 piece of simple biscuits and drank down with a glass of water

06:00pm - 2 tablespoon of rice with my thumb size fried chick with no skin on, steam mix vegetables and a glass of water

11:00pm - before sleep i drank 500ml of "LITE TEA" for my detox

EXCISE : Yesterday i don't do my excise, cause i have planty of editing pictures...
CALORISE : i think it's about 1500 cal and yea, i didn't burn it, but i do burn some well i walk and run during my photo session.



Meanwhile today is Saturday, as my rule on Saturday i can enjoy anything i want to eat, but there's a twist i can eat all i want during my breakfast. i think this is nice to do after a week dieting, so that you can get the temptation. so this is my menu of the day...

10:00 am - Breakfast with Nasi lemak, Fry Anhcovies, 1 hard boil egg, Sambal(our traditional cili sauce), Acar(cucumber,carrot, brown onion, cili, ginger mix with vinegar), Fry Popia and a piece Cucur Ubi Manis and drank with 300ml necasfe. (As you can see picture below, LOVELY isn't it? ><>

12:00pm - 300ml regular tea

no afternoon snack

06:00pm - planty of water

11:00pm - before sleep i drank 500ml of "LITE TEA" for my detox

EXCISE : Today is my netball pratice might be 2 hours od pratice and i might losse all the cal that i had this morning...
CALORISE : it might be 3000 cal and i think i might burn more after the netball pratice



i can't wait for the weight in on Monday...

(1ST POST 04.06.09) TODAY IS MY STRATING DAY

Hey there, my name is AZ from Brunei Darussalam. I’m 26 years young which struggle with a major weight problem all my life. I’m doing this blog cause of my obese and share all the blogger about my weight problem. Before I go far, I have to apologize that my English aren’t so good, but I try as best as I can...

As you all knew that why I am doing this blog, I have issues all my life…I been as obese girl since I was like 7 – 8 years. I can’t ask for anything that my mom cooks so delicious, yummy which mouth watering. Mostly which I was that age my mom loves to cook fried food, junk food and curry… I so in love with my mom delicacy of foods…not a problem at all, just it’s not a good healthy eating, and anyway I love my mom :)

Teenager for me is horrible during middle school, I been tease as a fat girl, and I hated that, why people to curl with life…as I been bully I was doing wronged with my diet plan. By that time only take 2 tablespoon of rice and lots of mineral water which end up hospitalized. That time I didn’t weight so well with my diet, I was looked damd skinny, which I don’t know about it, I thought I was still fat… that’s was a stupid thing I have done. During my high school year, I put back my weight, as obese weight, people kept on saying that I looked fat, well I don’t care anymore because I knew that I am happy person.

In my earliest 20ish, after graduated I work as a cashier at nearby supermarket. As before I was putting my obese weight during high school year, but when I was working as cashier I was watching my diet. Not like last time which I was hospitalized I watch closed, I really don’t want to be end like last time… I think I was lost like 22 kilos and I am glad I was lighter n healthier. My diet was every morning I ate a bowl of oats which I mixed with some dried fruit or fresh fruit and a glass of juice, lunch I will have verity of fruits follow with a bottle of mineral water and later that night I drink my special green tea call “Lite Tea”.

Lucky me about 3 years working at supermarket, I got a call from government broadcasting agency, told me that I got hired with them as PA (Assistance Producer). I was jumping around I was happy an excited. As I came to the place all stress are pushing me which my temptation are DARK CHOLATE, men! I have to have it every single day to let my stress out… and yes you guess it, I put my weight even heavier.

In about 1 ½ year working as Assistance producer, I have a new position which I was every extremely LOVE IT… My position is “PHOTOGRAPHER WOMEN” LOVE IT! I can’t wait to get start with my work, and I still hung with my position as photographer till now days… I never think anything better that taking picture.

But the sad thing I getting fatter and fatter… and starting today 04.06.2009 I try to commit myself that I need to lose some weight….

As today my weight is 97Kilos it’s about 194Lbs and my gold are 60Kilos….

And NOW

I PROMISE I WILL LOSSE MY EXTRA KILOS TO BETTER AND HEALTY LIFE
